Specification information can be requested at any time using Supplier Management and this article provides details on:

Note: This process will automatically send an email to the supplier requesting the information.

1. Open Supplier Specifications and click on Request Specification.
2. Select the required supplier.
3. Click Next.

4. Enter the following information:

• • • Specific instructions: A clear and concise breakdown of the information needed.
    • Specification to be completed: Select the specification that is needed. This selection will include several questions based on regulatory requirements.
    • Resubmission frequency: When the supplier needs to resubmit this information.
    • From approval date:

5. Click Select Products.
6. Select the products you require the information for.
