Downloading Completed Specifications

A completed supplier specification is a detailed document that outlines the precise requirements and standards that a supplier's ingredients or products must meet. It includes specifications related to quality, safety, regulatory compliance, ingredient composition, handling and storage instructions, allergen information, packaging details, pricing, and any other relevant criteria, ensuring that the supplied materials align with the manufacturer's quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
Once a supplier has completed the specification the details can be viewed and downloaded from Supplier Management. This article outlines how to download all of the specification information.
1. Download Options
The system allows the following download options:

| Download (HTML) | Produces an HTML file that can be viewed by any web browser. | |
| Download Excel | Produces an XLS file that can be opened by Microsoft Excel. |
2. Downloading Completed Specifications
- Open Supplier Specifications and click on Completed Specifications.
- Browse to the supplier specifications you would like to review.
- Click on the menu and select Download or Download Excel.
Note: Download will create a html file that can be opened via a web browser. Download Excel will download an Excel (*.xls) file.
