Delisting a product involves removing it from the active product list, typically due to discontinuation or quality issues, while relisting is the process of reintroducing the product to the active list after addressing any relevant concerns or making updates. The following article offers simple steps to delisting and relisting products.

1. Delisting Products

1. Select the "Manage Products" window.
2. Find the product you'd like to delist.
3. Click Actions, then Delist:

4. Select Confirm to complete the delisting process.
5. This product may be re-activated in the future by checking the box again.

Important: When an item is delisted, it cannot be used in any product and any specification for it cannot be requested.

2. Relisting Products

1. Select the "Delisted Products" window.
2. Find the product you'd like to relist.
3. Click the tick button  .
4. Select Confirm to complete relisting process.

Note: Relisting products will make any specifications previously requested live.
