Viewing and Tracking Outstanding Self-Audits

Self-Audits Outstanding is an overview of suppliers who are yet to complete a self-audit you requested, with additional information to help you understand why this is the case. This guide will show you how to check for outstanding self-audits per supplier or document.
1. Request Self-Audits
To access self-audits:
- Expand the Self-Audits menu.
- Click Self-Audits Outstanding.
You will be taken to a new page with a basic overview of all suppliers.
By default, the filter will be set to A, displaying all suppliers whose names begin with that letter.
There is an additional table at the bottom of the page listing all documents with a future request date that you have not yet sent to the supplier.
2. Filtering Results
You have access to a several different filtering options to help you find the questionnaires you're after.
Filter By Levels
To filter by levels, select the icon above the list. You will see a pop-up where you can select up to three levels to filter by.
Clicking Submit will refresh the page and display only the suppliers mapped to these levels.
Filter By Letter
To filter by letter, click any of the letter buttons above the list to refresh the list and view the records whose names begin with that letter.
Each button has a count underneath to indicate how many entries will be listed.
Looking for suppliers whose name starts with a number?
To view suppliers starting with a numerical or special character, click the Ot filter displayed on the far right of the letter row.
Search Bar
You can also use the search bar above the list to look up the record name but note that you will still need to select one of the letter filters to view the results.
Sort by Document Title
Instead of searching for a supplier, you can select the self-audit document type you want to view the progress of instead. Use the dropdown to look up the document and select it from the list.
3. Sending Requests
Once you have selected the suppliers you need to send the request to, click Next. This will take you to a new page where you can detail what you need from the self-audit.
When you're happy that all the information is correct, click Request. You will be taken back to the Request Self-Audits view where you should see an alert confirming that the request was sent successfully.
4. Actions
To interact with a supplier record, click the icon at the far right of the row to access the actions available for it.
View Outstanding Questions
Generates a pop-up with the supplier's name, document title, and number of questions that the supplier hasn't answered yet.
Opens a modal where you can draft an email message to the supplier. Some of the fields will be prefilled using the information pulled from the supplier record.
Press Send to send the email to the supplier.
Delist
Opens a pop-up where you can confirm the delisting of the self-audit document. Providing a reason for delisting is mandatory.
Once you have entered a reason, click Delist to complete the action.
