Users with scheduled or overdue audits/visits.

User Access is required.

Audits involve evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards, while visits refer to inspections by regulatory authorities or customers to assess safety and quality practices. Both processes play a crucial role in maintaining food safety and consumer confidence. This article shows how to manage Audits & Visits Setup in the Supplier Management system.

1. Audits/Visits Scheduled

This page allows you to access a list of scheduled Audits/Visits.

1. Select the "Audits/Visits Scheduled" window.

2. To filter, you have two options:

   • You can utilise the search function by clicking the magnifying glass  .
   • Or you can use the A-Z filtering system to access existing ingredients.
3. Alternatively, if you'd like to add a scheduled visit, select Add Audit/Visit Manually, and fill in the relevant fields.

2. Audits/Visits Overdue

This page allows you to access a list of overdue Audits/Visits.

1. Select the "Audits/Visits Overdue" window.

2. To filter, you have two options:

   • You can utilise the search function by clicking the magnifying glass  .
   • Or you can use the A-Z filtering system to access existing ingredients.
3. Alternatively, if you'd like to add in a visit, select Add Audit/Visit Manually, and fill in the relevant fields.
