Managing and Viewing Alerts

User Access is required.
Alerts can range from pending audits to deviations in quality control parameters, ensuring that users stay informed and can take timely action. These alerts help ensure that relevant stakeholders are aware of and can respond promptly to important events and issues, enhancing the overall quality and safety of food products in the system.
1. All Alerts
- To manage and view all alerts, select the "Alerts" button.
- Filter by the following options:
- Information Type
- Country of Origin
- Keyword
- Select a start date and end date, then click Filter.
- There are also options to:
- Search QADEX
- View Archived Alerts
- Export Results
Note: Alerts more than six months old will be automatically archived.
2. Alerts Related to My Information
- To manage and view your alerts, select the "Alerts Related to My Information" button.
- Filter by the following options:
- Information Type
- Country of Origin
- Keyword
- Select a start date and end date, then click Filter.
- There are also options to:
- View Archived Alerts
- Export Results
- If you select the Archived tickbox , this will archive the communication history for that alert.
- There is also the option to Add a Comment into the alert communication history, and View alert details.
Note: Alerts more than six months old will be automatically archived.
