Creating & Managing Alert Notifications

Creating and managing alerts allows users to set up notifications for various quality and compliance events. These alerts can be customised to ensure that critical activities, such as audits, specification changes, or quality deviations, are monitored and addressed promptly. See the article below for more information on creating alerts.
1. All Alert Notifications
- Select "Settings" from the menu, then the All Alert Notifications button .
- In this window, you can search through notifications for all alerts.
- To add a notification for an alert, Select Site and Select User.
Note: You can select multiple users and sites to notify.
- Click Save and a new notification alert will appear in the list.
- There are options to Edit and Delete alerts.
- The Edit button will allow you to adjust the sites and users involved in the alert.
- The Delete button will show a pop up window confirming you'd like to delete the alert. Click OK to delete.
Note: Use the Filter By drop down to filter by User or Site.
2. Alerts Related to Module Notifications
- Select "Settings" from the menu, then the Alert Related to Module Notifications button .
- In this window, you can search through notifications for all alerts related to a module.,
- To add a notification for an alert, Select Site, Select User and Select Module.
Note: You can select multiple users, sites, and modules to notify.
- Click Save and a new notification alert will appear in the list.
- There are options to Edit and Delete alerts.
- The Edit button will allow you to adjust the sites and users involved in the alert.
- The Delete button will show a pop up window confirming you'd like to delete the alert. Click OK to delete.
Note: Use the Filter By drop down to filter by User, Module or Site.
