When you first access Ideagen Quality Management, you will be presented with the New User Experience theme. We recommend using it for all operations you perform on the system, except for a select few workarounds to known issues with the modern interface. This article will show you how to quickly switch between the two views in case you need to use Classic.

1. Classic Theme

To switch to Classic, click the profile icon in the top-right of the screen and select Go To Classic Theme.

Your page will refresh, taking you to the Classic interface.

2. New User Experience Theme

To switch to the New User Experience, click Go To New User Experience under the Home icon.

Your page will refresh, taking you back to the New User Experience interface.
