Supplier & Product Notification Settings

Supplier and product notification settings provide users with the ability to customise alerts and notifications specifically related to changes, updates, or allergen errors concerning suppliers and products. These notifications cover allergen validation, supplier non-conformances and quality assurance check notifications.
1. Allergen Validation Notifications
- Select the "Allergen Validation Notification" button .
- Within this window, you can designate a user's email ID to receive notifications in the event of an allergen validation error.
- To do this, click Edit.
- Next, you can simply check the tick box corresponding to the email IDs you want to receive validation emails.
- Click Save.
2. Supplier Non Conformances
- Select the "Supplier Non Conformances" button .
- Within this window, you can do the following:
- Set a threshold and select the users who need to be notified when this threshold is reached.
- Enter the number of Non Conformances per supplier for each supplier.
- Click Edit to adjust the users who will be notified.
- Click Save.
- To input multiple non-conformances, just type them into the Non-Conformances Threshold column next to the selected Supplier Name.
- Press Enter and the system should refresh.
3. QA Checks Notifications
- Select the "Supplier Non Conformances" button .
- Within this window, choose the users you want to receive notifications when goods in checks fail.
Note: You can opt for either a daily summary email that encompasses all failed checks or receive a summary for each individual delivery.
- Click Edit and enter the date and notification you want to send to the email you've chosen.
- Click Save once finished.
