Configuring QA Responsibilities

When adding or editing responsibilities in QA checks, users can define and assign specific tasks to individuals or teams within the quality assurance process, ensuring clear accountability and efficient workflow management. This feature allows for the customisation of roles and duties related to quality control assessments.
1. Responsibilities
- Select the "Add/Edit Responsibilities" button.
- The fields will auto-populate with users designated to different responsibilities i.e. QA checks, goods placed on hold or rejected etc.
- To adjust the users in each of these fields, click the Edit button.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can select the users for each site listed. In this example, the responsibility edited is: "Responsible user(s) for goods placed on hold or rejected".
- Once you have chosen the users for each site, click Save.
- Follow these same steps for all the user responsibility questions.
- There are a few questions that will move the Notify field based on what you select.
- Choose whether you'd like QA checks and acceptance of delivery if either a supplier or product specification is not approved.
