This manual feature of adding and uploading deliveries/transfers enables users to input details of incoming shipments into the system, ensuring accurate tracking and quality control for received goods. This manual entry or upload process helps maintain an up-to-date record of incoming deliveries, facilitating efficient inventory management and compliance monitoring.

1. To add or upload an incoming delivery, select the "Adding Incoming Deliveries/Transfers".
2. Fill in the following delivery fields:

3. Make sure to add in a Site and Location from the drop down menus.
4. To add in another product to incoming deliveries select Add Products.

5. A new set of delivery fields will appear.
6. Once you've added all the incoming deliveries/transfers, click Save Record.
