Viewing all QA checks allows users to access a comprehensive list of quality assurance assessments and inspections conducted within the system, providing an overview of quality control activities. This feature offers transparency and easy access to critical data, aiding in performance analysis, compliance monitoring, and timely decision-making.

1. View All QA Checks

This screen provides a centralised overview of QA checks, streamlining the process of managing quality assurance assessments.

1. Select the "View All QA Checks" tab.
2. You can filter by the following:
   • Supplier Name
   • Product Name
   • Product Code
   • Status
   • Department Name
3. Once you've found the check(s) you'd like to view, you can either Export or Edit.
4. To adjust a check, click the Edit button under Complete Checks.

Note: Some checks will appear in red, which means the status has been rejected, accepted or on hold/awaiting approval. The edit button will be greyed out, meaning you can no longer edit it due to the status.

5. To export the filtered list of checks, click Export.
6. You can either export the list as a PDF or XLS file.
