Completing QA Checks

Completing QA checks involves the finalisation of quality assurance assessments after all inspections and verifications have been performed to ensure that products meet defined standards. This step is critical for signifying that the quality control process has been successfully executed and that the product is ready for the next stage in the production or distribution chain.
1. Completing QA Checks
- Select the "Complete QA Checks" button.
- Fill in the available fields to source the correct quality assurance check.
Note: All fields are mandatory, a QA check will not show until you've filled in all the fields.
- A pop-up window will appear if a delivery/transfer is found.
- Click Continue if it's the correct record.
- This window will show QA check records, including checks that may need to be completed, results and linked answers.
Important: If a supplier is not approved, it will show in red under the Supplier/Department Name. If a specification hasn't been requested, this will also show in red.
