Setting Up Risk Assessment Result Parameters

Risk assessment result parameters the outcomes of a risk assessment. These parameters help to summarise and communicate the results of the assessment, and also define the course of action moving forward.

1. Result Types
The table below outlines the types of results that are available:

| Annual Self Audit |
Links to supplier self audit functionality on the system. If you are using the system to collect supplier questionnaires selecting this result type will move the supplier to "self audits to be requested" link on the Desktop. If you have already requested a self audit questionnaire from the supplier you are risk assessing the system will alert you. |
| 3 Year Self Audit |
Supplier Questionnarie, This moves the supplier to "self audits to be requested". If you have already requested a Self audit questionnaire - the system will alert you. |
| Self Audit/3rd party Audit |
Links to supplier self audit functionality on the system. If you are using the system to collect supplier questionnaires selecting this result type will move the supplier to "self audits to be requested" link on the Desktop. If you have already requested a self audit questionnaire from the supplier you are risk assessing the system will alert you. |
| 3rd party audit/visit |
This result type is not linked to any other functionality on the system. Select this result type if you want to carry out a third party audit/visit on the supplier. |
| 6 month own audit/visit |
Links to audits & visits functionality on the system. If you are using the system to complete audits & visits selecting this result type will move the supplier to audits/visits to be scheduled link on the Desktop. If an audit/visit for the supplier has already been scheduled the system will alert you. |
| 12 month own audit/visit |
Links to audits & visits functionality on the system. If you are using the system to complete audits & visits selecting this result type will move the supplier to audits/visits to be scheduled link on the Desktop. If an audit/visit for the supplier has already been scheduled the system will alert you. |
| 18 month own audit/visit |
Links to audits & visits functionality on the system. If you are using the system to complete audits & visits selecting this result type will move the supplier to audits/visits to be scheduled link on the Desktop. If an audit/visit for the supplier has already been scheduled the system will alert you. |
| 24 month own audit/visit |
Links to audits & visits functionality on the system. 2. Editing a Score
- Click the Risk Assessment module.
- Click Risk Assessment Setup & Reports.
- Click Risk Assessment Result Parameters.
- Click Edit.
- Update the range with the required result type.
- Click Save.
3. Adding Items to the Result Type
Important Note: Although you can add your own result types to the system but you will not be able to link them to other system functionality or edit the existing result types.
- Click the Risk Assessment module.
- Click Risk Assessment Setup & Reports.
- Click Risk Assessment Result Parameters.
- Click Edit.
- Click the "Add more picklist values to the "Result Type"" link.
- Enter the new value.
- Click Save.
