Viewing QA Non Conformance

Viewing QA non-conformance allows users to access and review instances where products or processes did not meet the specified quality standards or compliance requirements. This feature provides valuable insights into quality issues, enabling users to take corrective actions and maintain the desired product quality and safety levels.
1. Viewing QA Non Conformance
Viewing the QA non-conformance page allows users to access and review instances of quality issues or compliance deviations for corrective action and process improvement.
- Select the "View QA Non Conformances" tab.
- You can filter by the following options:
- Raised Agent
- Supplier/Department User
- Status
- Site
- Person Raised/Sent
- Source
- Product Name
- Product Code
- Type
- It will automatically refine your search each time you alter a field.
Tip: You can reset your filters by clicking the Reset button.
Note: Some checks will appear in red, which means the status is Pending or With Supplier.
- To view a non-conformance, select the Actions button.
- Next, click View .
- A pop-up window will appear with the details of the non-conformance.
- To close a non-conformance, go back to the Actions button .
- Select Close .
- If the non-conformance has things outstanding, it will show this message:
- Provide a reason for closing if you would still like to proceed.
- Click OK when finished.
Note: You cannot select the Closed button on non-conformances that are already closed.
Raising Non Conformance
- To raise a non-conformance, select the Raise button.
- A pop-up will appear, select Non Conformance.
- Choose whether the non-conformance is External or Internal.
- If you are raising an internal non-conformance, enter the Department, Product Name and Product Code.
- Click OK when finished.
- To raise an external non-conformance, enter the Supplier Name, Product Name and Product Code.
- Click OK when finished.
