Manufacturer Userpermissions are required.

View My Company Information is a portal where you can check your current business details and membership expiry date. This article will show you how to navigate to the page and keep your details up to date.

1. Viewing Company Details

To access your information, expand the My Company Information menu and select View My Company Details.

You will be taken to a new page where you can view the current details stored for your business.

2. Editing Company Details

To access this screen, click Edit on the View Company Details page, or expand the My Company Information menu and select Edit My Company Details.

Once you have updated the required information, click Save to keep your changes.

Unsure what to put down as a First Contact Email?
It's the email that will be set by default whenever the system needs to send a notification or copy of a communication you send out to suppliers.
