1. Performing a Risk Assessment
- Click the Risk Assessment module.
- Click Risk Assessment Outstanding.
- Locate the supplier and area you need to risk assess.
- Click the Info button.
- Update each variable/question with a risk value.
- Enter any comments as needed.
- Click Calculate Risk Assessment.
- The risk assessment result will then be displayed.
- Click the required response.
2. Risk Responses
The system offers the following responses:
| Response | Description |
|---|---|
| Accept | The response is accepted (and the level of risk confirmed as being within the business risk appetite). |
| Upgrade | Essentially treating the risk based on the outcome of the risk assessment. This involves taking action (e.g. a self audit) to strengthen the result. |
| Reassess | The specific areas are re-assessed. |
