Adding and Editing Sites
Who is this article for?Users who need to manage the site records on their system.
Manufacturer Userpermissions are required.
Set-up Sites lets you create entries for sites you work with, to make sure they show up in other areas of the system. This guide will show you how to access and manage them.
1. Set-up Sites
To access site management, expand the My Company Information menu and select Set-up Sites.
You will be taken to a list of sites currently on your system.
By default, the sites are sorted by name and displayed in ascending alphabetical order.
2. Adding Sites
To add a site:
- Click Add Site.
This will generate a pop-up. - Enter a Site Name.
- Provide an optional Site Code.
- Click Save.
The page will refresh, and you should now see the new site listed in the table.
3. Editing Sites
To edit a site:
- Select the Edit icon on the right of its row.
This will generate a pop-up. - Make the required changes.
- Click Save.
In this example, we updated the site code to 'FFY' as there was already a site with the code 'FF'.
