Viewing and Submitting SAQ and Spec Formats

View and Submit Documents is a place to view and update all self-audit and specification formats on your system. This guide will walk you through how to access the page and upload new documents.

1. View and Submit Documents
To access documents:
- Expand the My Company Information menu.
- Select View & Submit Documents.
You will be taken to a new page with a list of all documents available on your system.
2. Adding Documents
To add a document:
- Click Add Document.
- Choose File to open the file explorer.
- Select the document you want to upload.
- Click Open.
- Choose the Document Type from the dropdown.
- Note any amendments to existing formats in the Comments box.
- Select the SAQ Score Level if applicable.
You can edit the scores from this pop-up. - Click Submit.
3. Updating Documents
To update a document:
- Click the Update icon.
This will show a pop-up. - Choose File to open the file explorer.
- Select the document you want to replace the current one with.
- Click Open, then Update.
4. Downloading Documents
To download a document, click the Download icon.
5. Editing Scores
To edit score thresholds for existing documents, click the Edit SAQ Score icon.
This will show a pop-up with the current configuration. Once you adjust the percentages, descriptions, and colours, click Save to keep your changes.
To change the display preferences for the document, click the Score Display Preference icon.
This will show a pop-up with the current configuration. Once you tick the options you want to see, click Save to keep your changes.
You can also view the settings for each document by hovering over the icon instead of clicking it.
