Viewing and Submitting Reference Documents

Manage Reference Documents lets you view and update reference documents you have made available to your suppliers to use as part of their operations and auditing processes. This guide will walk you through the steps to add, delete, and download these documents.

1. Manage Reference Documents
To access reference documents:
- Expand the My Company Information menu.
- Select Manage Reference Documents.
You will be taken to a page where you can view and interact with the reference documents on your system.
2. Adding Documents
To add a document:
- Click Add Reference Document.
- Choose File to open file explorer.
- Select the file you want to upload.
- Click Open.
- Add a Document Title.
- Click Save.
The page will refresh, and the latest document will appear at the top of the document list.
3. Downloading Documents
To download a reference document, click the Download icon.
4. Deleting Documents
To delete a reference document, click the Delete icon and click OK in the pop-up.
