Viewing Previously Submitted Specifications

Viewing previously submitted specifications enables users to access and review historical product information that has been submitted and archived within the system. This feature serves as a valuable reference for tracking changes, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product details in the food industry.
1. Previously Submitted Specifications
This page allows you to view and print the specifications that have been submitted to customers. It serves as a central location to access and obtain copies of the submitted product details for your records or for sharing with clients.
- Click the "To View Previously Submitted Specifications Click Here" link.
- There are several options to choose from in this window.
- To view a completed specification, click the magnifying glass icon under View.
- A list of documents inside the specification will appear, you can Print, Save or View these documents.
- To view a signed copy of the specification, select the magnifying glass icon under View Signed Copy.
Note: If a specification hasn't been signed, the button will appear in grey.
- When you select the Print icon it will automatically download the specification for you to print.
- To Update or amend a product, click the tick icon .
- Enter a reason for the update and click Submit when finished.
- Finally, select View Archive to view previously archived specifications.
Note: If there are no specification documents in the archive, the button will appear in grey.
2. View Delisted Specifications
- On the Quality Management supplier home page, under Specifications, select "To View Delisted Specifications Click Here".
- A list of delisted specifications will appear. Select the magnifying glass under View.
- This will download the delisted specification.
