Completing Outstanding Specifications

Completing outstanding specifications in the Supplier interface involves finalising and updating product details, ensuring that they align with quality and safety standards. This process is essential for maintaining accurate supplier records and compliance within the food industry.
1. Outstanding Specifications
- On the Quality Management supplier home page, under Specifications, select "To Complete Outstanding Specifications Click Here".
- A window will open with your outstanding specifications.
- Locate the customer whose specification you want to finalize in the table provided.
- Next to each company, you'll find two buttons: Answer Outstanding Questions and Change Answers .
- Clicking on Answer Outstanding Questions will display any pending questions for that customer.
- Selecting Change Answers allows you to review all questions and the answers you've already provided for that customer. You can use either option to address outstanding questions as needed.

2. Request Migration
- Select the Request Migration button.
- Input the migration request details, including your name, email address, and specify the customer from which you want to migrate information and the customer to which you want to migrate it.
Note: Press the CTRL key to select more than one customer or document.
- Confirm the terms and conditions.
- Click Submit.
3. Exporting Specifications
- To export a specification, find the document you'd like to export in the outstanding specifications list.
- Click the Export as XLS button .
