Viewing alerts and non-conformances enables suppliers to stay informed about quality issues, safety concerns, and compliance deviations within their operations. This feature is essential for timely problem resolution, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring product and process quality in the food industry.

1. Alerts & Non Conformances

1. Select the "View All Non Conformances Link" under Alerts and Non Conformances.

2. In this view you'll have a non-conformance summary for all manufacturers.
3. Type in a keyword using the search function to find a specific manufacturer.

Note: Any non-conformances appearing in red are Pending or Rejected.

4. To view a manufacturer, click the magnifying glass button  .

5. A view will show a review of the non-conformance for that manufacturer. 
6. To print off the non-conformance review, on the main screen, click Print.
7. Select the formatting before downloading.

8. To export a non-conformance review, on the main screen, click Export.
9. Select the formatting before downloading.
