To ensure the Self-Audits remain correct, certificates expire to prompt the Supplier to submit one that is up to date. This article will show you how to identify certificates that have expired and review when they are updated.
1. Viewing Certificates
When a Supplier submits a Self-Audit Questionnaire, the Document enters the Review Accepted & Submitted SAQ grid, accessible from the Dashboard.
Once approved, the Document moves to the Completed Self-Audits grid, accessible from the Self-Audits menu on the left.
When a Supplier certificate expires, a red exclamation mark icon will be displayed next to the Document name in the grid it's currently in.
Clicking the icon will show a pop-up listing all the certificates that have expired in the Document.
When the Supplier submits updated certificate information, the red icon will be replaced by a green exclamation mark icon. You will also be notified with an email that the certificate has been updated.
Not seeing the green icon despite the certificate being updated?
The green icon will remain available for 7 days or until you have approved the Document, whichever is earlier.
Clicking the icon will open a pop-up listing the certificates that have been updated in the Document.
You can export certificate details by clicking the Download icon in the Actions menu to the right of the record row. This will download the Questionnaire.
You can export Updated Other Certificates Report - SAQ to view all certificates that were updated in the last 30 days.
