In this session, we will walk through submitting a Self-Assessment Questionnaire on Ideagen Supplier Management.
You will learn how to navigate the platform and complete the submission process efficiently.
1. Submitting an SAQ
- Click the link labeled "To Answer Outstanding Questionnaires Click Here" to view all outstanding questionnaires that require your attention.

- Click the "Ready to Submit" button to indicate that your questionnaire is complete and ready for final submission. Ensure all information is up to date and complete before selecting this option.

- Click the prompt "Click here to submit the questionnaire" to begin the submission process for your completed SAQ.

- Click Tick here to confirm that you have read and accepted the warranty statement.

- Click the "Submit" button to complete the process and submit your Self-Assessment Questionnaire for your customer to review. Select the download button before submitting should you wish to download your completed SAQ document.
